The Last Big Fubar I Promise

I’ve just rewritten the permalink structure of the site so that our URL’s display as just memetherapy.net/post-title rather than as memetherapy.net/YYYY/MM/DD/post-title.
I would have done this when we moved from blogger, but that would’ve meant that I wouldn’t have been able to redirect people to the correct posts at all (instead of just some of the time) from the old site. However now we aren’t receiving as much traffic directly to old post url’s I’ve decided to make the switch to a more friendly looking link structure. Unfortunately this means that, yet again, any links directly to old posts won’t work anymore and will just redirect to the front page (or at least they will once I’ve tweaked the template). Links directly to the memetherapy homepage will be unaffected.
Sorry for buggering things up again, but I promise this’ll be the last major (intentional) fubar.
On the unintentional fubar front I did accidentally delete the entire blog database (all posts, links, settings etc. etc.) earlier on today by accident, but luckily I’d just backed it up. Jose didn’t notice and I have no real reason to tell him, but I figure since I just spent the entire evening fixing his computer and re-installing Windows he won’t kill me if I confess.
Note to self: do not have testing server database window open at same time as real server database window. They look exactly the same. This is not a good thing.
